Workshops tend to occur as single afternoon / evening events or two-day/weekend retreats. Our courses may focus on strategy, digital transformation, turnarounds, and organizational design and effectiveness. Workshops range from the more traditional executive development structure to more interactive, a project-based, participant-led approach.
 
We have worked with a number of business schools (such as IESE in Spain, VIA & MiF in Finland, ALBA in Greece, OBS in Italy) to help design and deliver custom-built programmes on strategy, transformation, turnaround and innovation.  We also design and deliver courses for Executives for leading companies as well. Courses have ranged from immersion afternoons to one-day events for the internal “academies” in top firms (such as Vodafone in Spain or OTE Academy in Greece) to two-day events (such as PwC Sri Lanka or Banca Transilvanjia in Romania) to programmes with multiple modules (e.g., for those one level below the executive committee in Zurich Financial Services and Santander in the UK).
